ClientRock Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about the types of information collected by 5or7 Software, LLC (“we” or “us”) when you use ClientRock, how we use and safeguard that information, and the degree to which you may control the maintenance and sharing of that information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If you are a registered ClientRock user, we will contact you about substantive changes to this Privacy Policy. Otherwise, you may view the most recent Privacy Policy on the ClientRock website Your continued use of ClientRock constitutes your consent to the existing and updated Privacy Policy, so please review it from time to time.
Information Collection
Your Information
To use ClientRock, we will require to you to create an account using your name and email address. We use this information solely to create your account and log you in to ClientRock, respond to emails you may send to us, and to send notifications to you as explained in “Information Use” below.
To purchase a ClientRock subscription, we will require your financial information such as a credit card number. We use this information to fulfill your purchase and for billing purposes.
Client Information
ClientRock collects Client Information, as defined in our Terms of Service, solely for the purpose of providing you with the features and functionality of ClientRock.
Analytics Information
We may collect certain analytics information using various third-party analytics tools. The information we collect may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser/device type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and related data. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular user. We use this anonymous information to analyze trends and improve the quality of our products and services. You are free to restrict collection of information and/or decline cookies, but by doing so you may not be able to take full advantage of all of ClientRock’s features.
Information Use
Unless you opt-out as described below, we will use personally identification to periodically communicate with you about new or upcoming ClientRock products or services, information about changing or updating your registration or payment information, changes to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and promotional materials and offers from our company. Out of respect for your privacy, if you no longer wish to receive these emails you may opt-out of receiving them as instructed in each email. Be advised, however, that you may not opt-out of receiving emails from us related to technical support or customer service requests, or changes to the ClientRock Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
We receive and store Client Information solely for the purpose of making Client Information available to you. We do not review, use, or interact with Client Information except to provide you with access to the ClientRock services, or as requested by you in writing to address a customer service or technical support issue. Our interaction with and use of Client Information will comply with (i) the terms of this Privacy Policy, (ii) the ClientRock Terms of Service Agreement, and (iii) all applicable laws and regulations.
Information Disclosure
We do not share personal information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide ClientRock’s services to you. We may share anonymous, aggregate statistics with outside parties. We do not link aggregated data with personally identifiable information.
We disclose your financial information to our payment processing company solely for billing purposes. We do not retain, store, or share this information for any other purpose.
We will not disclose Client Information to any third-party except as required by law.
We may disclose information collected from and about you to the following entities for the following purposes: (1) to our related companies, service providers and suppliers, to enable them to fulfill a product or service request or to perform a business, professional or technical support function for us; (2) as necessary if we believe that there has been a violation of our Terms of Service or of our rights or the rights of any third party; and (3) to respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law.
Business Transition
In the event 5or7 Software, LLC goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, any personally identifiable information and Client Information we retain will likely be among the assets transferred. The transferred information will remain subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy or any subsequent updated versions.
Information Security
We implement a variety of security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control. We anonymize certain information, including Client Information, under our control. Please be advised, however, that while we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent unauthorized access from occurring. Please take steps to maintain the security of your account information and notify us immediately if you believe any information relating to your account may have been compromised.
Your California Privacy Rights
5or7 Software, LLC complies with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to third parties without your consent.
Children’s Privacy
5or7 Software, LLC does not target and is not intended for children under the age of 13. 5or7 Software, LLC does not knowingly solicit, collect, or maintain personal information pertaining to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
